Some members of Congress think Sony is hurting Xbox in Japan. The JFTC reviewed the Activision – Microsoft merger. Bobby Kotick had things to say. Microsoft now appears to be likely to complete Activision Blizzard acquisition. Also talked a little bit about the Diablo IV betas.
