Shattered Soulstone started in 2011 in anticipation of the release of Diablo III. The original hosts were Nevik, Breja, and Jen, with Lanntonio joining in not long after the show started. Since then, there has been a rotating cast of hosts including Vespertillio, Deadgreed, Manlow, and Shazam.
Jen stepped into the role of editor of the show in late 2018, taking over for Shawn (who had edited every show that came before then). Jen will continue to be the host of Shattered Soulstone. Shawn is the producer of the show.
In January of 2021, Medros of Dawnforge Productions, kindly allowed Jen and Shawn to take ownership of Shattered Soulstone. It is no longer a Dawnforge Production. Jen and Shawn are excited to keep Shattered Soulstone going!
Shattered Soulstone has always been a community focused podcast. The show has a history of including contributions from listeners. Your Diablo-related question, comment, or story about something epic that happened while you were playing a Diablo game – can be part of the show!

Hello to the Shattered Soulstone gang !
I am writing to say how much I enjoy your podcast, and, more to the point, why I like it so much.
I am a gay white-collared male in my early 40’s who has never owned an Xbox or Game Cube, and whose entire computer gaming experience consists of Bejewled, Angry Birds and on-line gaming sites like Pogo. com.
After seeing all of the press and advertisments for Diablo 3, I decided it was time to ‘grow-up’ in the gaming world. I found out about the open Beta weekend and gave it a try. Needless to say I was immediatly overwhelmed with the game and died in about 5 seconds countless times. However, little by little, I started to figure out what was going on and, with my Barbarian , I made it as far as the skeleton king. I was not able to beat him, but, just getting there was an exponentially greater feeling of accomplishment than finding all of the golden eggs in Angry Birds.
I searched for podcasts and sites about Diablo to help me learn more and discovered your podcast. Listening at first was like hearing a foreign language. Yes, I am so new I had no idea what ‘WOW’ was until I googled it. Now I have learned about AOE and DPS …I still don’t understand the diff. between ‘kiting’ and ‘strafing’ but I am getting there. I appreciate your podcasts ability to help those of us who are afraid to admit just how new we are to this world. I can’t believe I am saying this but I am so excited for May 15!!!!
